There is an international conflict, a war, being fought on US soil at the political level. American progressives allied with Islamic extremists are waging war against America. One of their most dangerous weapons is political correctness by which they intend to silence all opposition. In a society where all people are valued, all people must all be heard. We must resolve problems through open discussions and constitutional democratic processes.
Politicians and journalists often demonize people on the other side of the political spectrum because of the actions of a few extremists. This causes people on the other side to believe they are hated by the first side. It also creates a false impression in the minds of the public that everyone on the other side is an extremist. The news media acts like a person going between two people lying about what one said about the other trying to start a fight between them. Politicians and journalists are unlikely to change their ways so the ordinary people on both sides have to try to see through the illusion spun by the hate mongers and remember what we have learned in the aftermath of hurricane Harvey.
This is somewhat off topic, but I saw your interview on the Alex Jones Show. Alex and you were talking about how the Texas disaster has brought people together and how that is influencing the media and politicians, making them want to get on the side of goodness. That is a great story. It shows that, as you say, most people have goodness within them - as the people of Texas showed by helping each other regardless of race, ethnicity etc.
Later Alex moved on to literal demonization of liberals. I am not a fan of the left but part of the problem in our country is that each side hears about the worst of the other side on videos and develops a false worldview that the other side are all like the extremists. It’s like someone who talks to two different people lying about what the other said about them in order to start a fight between them. When people hear other side hates them they naturally hate the other side.
Many “journalists” and politicians push the anger, fear and hate because it get viewers and votes. I know you and Alex are above that so I hope you will have a talk with Alex about ways to counter the mutual misunderstanding. You recognized that people have goodness within them. The question is to figure out how to appeal to their best nature not reinforce their anger and hate through demonization, literal or figurative.
Thanks

A woman from Detroit, Michigan who was in Las Vegas during the 1 October attack expressed similar sentiments in a YouTube video (below):
People who want to try to make this a racial or political situation, it may very well be, but I will tell you this, when I was in that basement with people of all colors of all political parties, races, nationalities, and countries - I was with three Austrialians, 2 Canadians, a guy from Kansas, and two other Americans from elsewhere, and I'm originally from Detroit, okay? - we weren't thinking about any of that. Okay? We were helping each other. We were concerned about one another. And in that moment we were just human beings. And we were just all fighting for the same thing. And to come back out of that situation and see everybody fighting, over what? It's ridiculous. To me it's just utterly ridiculous. Because honestly I know for a fact if any of you were in the same situation and you had to survive and some Democrat or Republican was standing next to you, ... you'd drop all that stuff. So please just try to be a little bit nicer to one another.
All that is needed for people to get along is for them to get to know each other as people instead of as stereotypes portrayed by the news media, politicians, and other "cultural leaders".
How One Man Convinced 200 Ku Klux Klan Members To Give Up Their Robes
August 20, 2017
If you spend five minutes with your worst enemy — it doesn't have to be about race, it could be about anything...you will find that you both have something in common. As you build upon those commonalities, you're forming a relationship and as you build about that relationship, you're forming a friendship. That's what would happen. I didn't convert anybody. They saw the light and converted themselves.
For an entire year, I embedded myself with the other side, standing in pit row at a NASCAR race, hanging out at Tea Party meetings and sitting in on Steve Bannon’s radio show. I found an America far different from the one depicted in the press and imagined by presidents (“cling to guns or religion”) and presidential candidates (“basket of deplorables”) alike.
I spent many Sundays in evangelical churches and hung out with 15,000 evangelical youth at the Urbana conference. I wasn’t sure what to expect among thousands of college-age evangelicals, but I certainly didn’t expect the intense discussion of racial equity and refugee issues — how to help them, not how to keep them out — but that is what I got.

The vast majority of prejudice is due only to ignorance and people being lied to. Actual experience of the truth of what people are really like is enough to dissolve the illusions of difference.
In this video David Horowitz explains what cultural Marxism is.
0:00
The Democratic party, in my view, has been taken over by the political left.
7:19
And the Democratic party today is driven, and of course it's a big party, and these are generalizations that I've made, and I understand that there are very decent people in the democratic party. But the ideology of the democratic party today is called identity politics. And if you are a leftist you actually understand or you describe this as cultural Marxism. And what does that mean? Well Marx had this false idea that the world is divided into oppressors and oppressed. And he had the idea that capitalist democracies were also oppressors and oppressed.
8:36
It's that model. It was wrong when he said it, a hundred million people have been killed in its name. It's still wrong. And what the left has done is to extend this model of the oppressor and the oporessed to race, class, gender, sexual orientation. Everywhere they look they see oppression.
9:28
[Do you] see a big exodous from this country of black people? No. On the contrary. You see Haitians risking their lives to get here. Why? To be oppressed? No. ... Despite the fact ... there are bigots around, as [there are] always going to be bigots. But ... remember that Haiti [has been] a free country run by black people for over 200 years. But a Haitian in America has more rights, more privileges, and more opportunities, than any Haitian in Haiti.
More about cultural Marxism:
Karl Marx thought all of history could be explained by conflicts between people who were oppressed and their oppressors. Cultural Marxism is when that type of analysis is applied to contemporary culture and everybody is assigned to a group of either oppressed or oppressors. It is the same as identity politics. It is used to divide society into self-concerned groups and set them against each other so they can be more easily manipulated with appeals to victimhood and by demonization of their "oppressors". Another result is that many people are either programmed to fail because they are told they are oppressed or afraid to succeed and become an oppressor. This increases poverty, dependence on government, and support for leftist political parties. Cultural Marxism is related to "political correctness" because any attempts to heal the political polarization and other corrosive effects on society by opposing identity politics is said to identify individuals as oppressors and in that way silence political opposition.
Cultural Marxism is not just a construct used by conservatives. Jonathan Haidt who is a liberal sociologist describes it in this video at 1:03:
So there was a kind of a culture, we can talk about it in a moment but it's organized around victims of oppression its a vertical metaphor of privileged and oppressor people and victims.
Cultural Marxism involves cognitive distortions that can cause mental illness.
Cultural Marxism teaches people the distorted ways of thinking that are characteristic of mental illness. Cognitive therapy is one of the most effective forms of psychological treatment. It teaches people to recognize and eliminate distorted thinking that can cause depression and anxiety. Cultural Marxism is the opposite of cognitive therapy. It teaches people the distorted ways of thinking that cognitive therapy is designed to cure. Jonathan Haidt discusses this in an article he is a coauthor of on theltlantic.com:
https://www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2015/09/the-coddling-of-the-american-mind/399356/
Below is a list of fifteen common cognitive distortions from
psychcentral.com
1. Filtering.
We take the negative details and magnify them while filtering out all positive aspects of a situation.
2. Polarized Thinking (or “Black and White” Thinking).
In polarized thinking, things are either “black-or-white.”
3. Overgeneralization.
In this cognitive distortion, we come to a general conclusion based on a single incident or a single piece of evidence.
4. Jumping to Conclusions.
Without individuals saying so, we know what they are feeling and why they act the way they do.
5. Catastrophizing.
We expect disaster to strike, no matter what.
6. Personalization.
Personalization is a distortion where a person believes that everything others do or say is some kind of direct, personal reaction to the person.
7. Control Fallacies.
If we feel externally controlled, we see ourselves as helpless a victim of fate.
8. Fallacy of Fairness.
We feel resentful because we think we know what is fair, but other people won’t agree with us.
9. Blaming.
We hold other people responsible for our pain, or take the other track and blame ourselves for every problem.
10. Shoulds.
We have a list of ironclad rules about how others and we should behave.
11. Emotional Reasoning.
We believe that what we feel must be true automatically.
12. Fallacy of Change.
We expect that other people will change to suit us if we just pressure or cajole them enough.
13. Global Labeling.
We generalize one or two qualities into a negative global judgment.
14. Always Being Right.
We are continually on trial to prove that our opinions and actions are correct.
15. Heaven’s Reward Fallacy.
We expect our sacrifice and self-denial to pay off, as if someone is keeping score.
Belief that all people are either oppressed or oppressors involves many cognitive distortions including: filtering, polarized thinking, overgeneralization, jumping to conclusions, catastrophizing, personalization, control fallacies, blaming, shoulds, fallacies of change, global labeling, always being right.
In his book The Once and Future Liberal: After Identity Politics, Mark Lilla, professor of humanities at Columbia University, a liberal, explains how progressive students have been intellectually damaged by identity politics:
(Excerpt by Ed Driscoll)
https://pjmedia.com/eddriscoll/2017/09/15/lilla-after-identity-politics-review/)
As a teacher, I am increasingly struck by a difference between my conservative and progressive students. Contrary to the stereotype, the conservatives are far more likely to connect their engagements to a set of political ideas and principles. Young people on the left are much more inclined to say that they are engaged in politics as an X, concerned about other Xs and those issues touching on X-ness. And they are less and less comfortable with debate.
Over the past decade a new, and very revealing, locution has drifted from our universities into the media mainstream: Speaking as an X…This is not an anodyne phrase. It sets up a wall against any questions that come from a non-X perspective. Classroom conversations that once might have begun, I think A, and here is my argument, now take the form, Speaking as an X, I am offended that you claim B. What replaces argument, then, are taboos against unfamiliar ideas and contrary opinions.
Cultural Marxism destroys its victim's ability to reason. Progressives can't explain how their beliefs are supported logically by facts. Instead of understanding whether their beliefs are valid, they chant slogans they have learned from someone else.
I teach in a law school. For several years now my students have been mostly Millennials. Contrary to stereotype, I have found that the vast majority of them want to learn. But true to stereotype, I increasingly find that most of them cannot think, don’t know very much, and are enslaved to their appetites and feelings. Their minds are held hostage in a prison fashioned by elite culture and their undergraduate professors.
As I mentioned before, exposure to true information does not matter anymore. A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him, even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents and pictures. ...he will refuse to believe it
The overreaction to the 2016 election provides ample evidence that cultural Marxism causes mental illness:
...
My university is holding support groups for people terrified bc of the election results. Tell me again how every election is just like this?
...
“I think students everywhere are really afraid and need inspiration from current stakeholders,” said Larissa Szilagyi, the founder of the Women’s Political Caucus at Pace. “A lot of colleges are doing programming to help alleviate this anxiety — not because of their allegiance toward a conservative or liberal agenda, but because communities need to inhabit safe spaces. These programs help show students that we can overcome and we shall overcome oppression.”
...
“Because of the climate of this campus after the election and the number of students who would rather stay at home than go to class, I think keeping the campus active and loving and supportive is the best way to help students feel safer on campus,” she said.
A good way to understand what cultural Marxism is, is to consider how it has affected feminism.
Feminists used to be people who believed that women should be given the same opportunities in society that men have. The movement told women they were as good as men and could be successful at the same jobs as men.
Since cultural Marxism has taken over the movement, feminism has become about how men are the enemy and about how women need to be protected from them. Women are no longer equal, no longer able to fend for themselves, they need special protection because they are oppressed.
This is why cultural Marxism is subversive and culturally destructive. It does not encourage people to strive to excel, it convinces people they are being prevented from reaching their potential. Cultural Marxism also discourages people from taking on roles that lead to success in life for fear of becoming an "oppressor". Instead of uniting people as equals, cultural Marxism divides them setting them up as enemies fighting each other and it justifies and creates an expectation of failure.
"Dr Joanna Williams, a lecturer in higher education at Kent University ...
... said that if girls are instilled with a mindset of victimhood at a young age, it can set them back later in life. “When women go out into the world of work and experience obstacles, rather than persevering they think ‘oh these are the insurmountable barriers I was told about'."
...
Dr Williams said that the narrative continues at university where students are told that there is a "rape culture" or some kind of "epidemic" of sexual assault on campus.
...
“It is very difficult for women to present themselves as powerful, strong and capable if they think they need to be wary and anxious," she said.
A similar phenomenon occurred in other minority rights movements with equally harmful consequences.
But as David Horowitz says in the video above, people born in the United States don't know what oppression really is. No one is oppressed here. That's why oppressed people from all over the world want to come here to live.
Unfortunately, the leaders of political and social movements find it easier to gain power by preaching oppression not empowerment because it is easier to set yourself up as a "rebel leader" than as a role model for success.
The following video discussion between Camille Paglia and Christina Hoff Sommers illustrates how
cultural Marxism has debased feminism and all other minority rights movements by changing their focus from the belief that we are all equal to the belief that some people are oppressed.
4:25
Camille Paglia: “It’s really started at the level of public school education. I’ve been teaching now for 46 years as a classroom teacher, and I have felt the slow devolution of the quality of public school education in the classroom.”
...
“What has happened is these young people now getting to college have no sense of history – of any kind! No sense of history. No world geography. No sense of the violence and the barbarities of history. So, they think that the whole world has always been like this, a kind of nice, comfortable world where you can go to the store and get orange juice and milk, and you can turn on the water and the hot water comes out. They have no sense whatever of the destruction, of the great civilizations that rose and fell, and so on – and how arrogant people get when they’re in a comfortable civilization. They now have been taught to look around them to see defects in America – which is the freest country in the history of the world – and to feel that somehow America is the source of all evil in the universe, and it’s because they’ve never been exposed to the actual evil of the history of humanity. They know nothing!”
~2:04
Camille Paglia: My generation of the 1960's, when I arrived in college in 1964 there were parietal rules in place so that the women in my dorm had to sign in at 11:00 at night. The men could run free. It was my generation that rose up and said that we wanted to be treated equally and we want freedom. And the colleges said the world is a dangerous place. You could be attacked you could be raped. We said, "Give us the freedom to risk rape. Freedom is much more important than protection and safety. And that's what young people have given up today.
~5:59
Christina Hoff Sommers: And right now the fashion is the identity politics, intersectionality, this is all the rage, and its the premise of this theory it's the idea that all the oppressions intersect with one another and form this matrix of oppression. And so young people in a typical gender studies class now learn that they inhabit a society that is this matrix of oppression and depending on your identity you might be advantaged so you have unearned privilege or you might be burdened because of your race or maybe your disability or your gender or preference and on and on. But underneath it all is this assumption that the United States is a white supremacist imperialist capitalist patriarchal oppressive society. And in order to liberate ourselves we have to, I don't even know what they want to do - because it's all - maybe blame one another and form - have little feuds, on social media and on campus.
Recent reporting has shown that Russia’s attempts to inflame America’s political divisions included a concerted effort to promote identity politics, which currently dominates the American left wing.
Several Russian accounts posed as a racial activist groups similar to Black Lives Matter. One of those pages, Black Matters, organized the massive anti-Trump protest in New York City on Nov. 12, four days after Trump won the election.
Another page, Blacktivist, had a bigger Facebook reach than the official Black Lives Matter Facebook account by the time it was shut down.
...
Yet another Russian account promoted a militant form of feminism, similar to the kind pushed by Women’s March organizers. The Russian operatives behind the account even fooled Women’s March organizers into sharing their content on Facebook.
Cultural Marxism (Political correctness) can be addicting, it "teaches you to be a powerless victim", and "makes you unhappy by fomenting unrealistic expectations of utopia, and inciting resentment and jealousy,” it’s “terrible for mental health":
Dr. Loretta Breuning, who was a professor of Management for over 20 years at California State before she left academia to launch her own think-tank, The Inner Mammalian Institute.
...
Breuning’s “ah-ha” moment came in the 1990s, when she realized she was lying to her students for “fear of sounding right-wing.” She writes that she “didn’t want to subordinate my life to ideological despotism,” but she ultimately felt she had no choice.
...
“I saw facts that conflicted with the prevailing belief system, but I questioned myself because I saw that people who question progressive assertions are ridiculed, shunned, and attacked,” said Bruening, who is also a member of Heterodox Academy.
“When I saw how the politically correct world view was affecting my kids, I found the courage to take off the goggles and see life without it,” she explained. “It took time, but I learned to meet my own needs instead of relying on political correctness to meet them for me. I want to help others take off the progressive goggles.”
...
While political correctness “offers a fast, easy way to pull yourself up by putting others down,” Breuning’s book offers strategies that can be used to hack your brain, so that you can trigger “feel good” chemicals without needing to engage in political correctness.
This can be hard, since some people are “addicted” to political correctness, Breuning says, noting that “if political correctness brought you rewards in youth, you got wired to seek good feelings from political correctness, and fear the loss of it.”
“You are effectively addicted to political correctness,” she declares. “It's better than substance addiction, but the two often go together. New neural pathways are hard to build, but it’s possible with repetition.”
Breuning argues that escaping political correctness isn’t about making a political statement. Instead, she argues that it can make well-intentioned people very unhappy in the long-run, since it “teaches you to be a powerless victim.”
“It wants you to be unhappy because that’s regarded as the engine of revolution. Political correctness makes you unhappy by fomenting unrealistic expectations of utopia, and inciting resentment and jealousy,” she says, adding that it’s “terrible for mental health.”

Marxists criticize capitalism because under that system a few people have most of the money. The flaw in that criticism is that it is true of every economic system not just capitalism. The principle is true in every form of human endeavor. For example the most widely read books are written by a few authors. This principle is called the Pareto principle named an Italian economist. It is more commonly known as the 80/20 rule.
The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
When President Trump selected his department heads and advisors, he wanted the best person for each job. But he missed a very important consideration. He might have realized that he would be smeared with false statements by the media and he should have considered whether his picks would stand up to the media or if they would put their own reputations first and squirm to avoid being smeared by association.
Silencing opposition through political correctness, and shadow government control over the media are two tactics being used against America in Higgins' War. President Trump is practically the only politician fighting against political correctness and against the controlled media. His willingness to stand up and fight is one of the reasons he was elected President. His department heads and advisors should be willing to stand up and fight with him.
Unfortunately, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and director of the U.S. National Economic Council Gary Cohn, instead of fighting, are squirming. They both have criticized President Trump for his remarks following the Charlottesville riots. President Trump condemned the hate and violence on all sides saying in part, "We all must be united and condemn all that hate stands for. There is no place for this kind of violence in America. Let's come together as one." But the media misrepresented his remarks as support for racist groups. Tillerson and Cohn have failed to resist the media smear, they have both made statements to the press accepting the lies as truth to protect themselves from the smear.
Cohn, who is Jewish, told the FT that “citizens standing up for equality and freedom can never be equated with white supremacists, neo-Nazis and the K.K.K.” He said the administration “can and must do better” in condemning such groups.
In contrast, Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin defended President Trump against the smear:
Instapundit: STANDING UP TO THE SHAME MOB: Steven Mnuchin fires defiant message back at Yale classmates pressuring him to resign over Trump’s Charlottesville comments.
As the President said in his very first comment on the events that were unfolding in Charlottesville, "We all must be united and condemn all that hate stands for. There is no place for this kind of violence in America. Let's come together as one."
“When he talks about the fact that hatred and bigotry and these things are unacceptable,” Carson said of Trump, “he’s talking about everybody. … You’d think he was saying that hatred and bigotry are unacceptable except by neo-Nazis. We really have got to begin to think more logically and stop trying to stir up controversy and start concentrating on the issues that threaten us and threaten our children.”
The power to classify information has given the intelligence agencies the power to do whatever they want. They can classify anything they choose so no one can find out what they are doing or question the need for their activities or secrecy. They gain influence over defense contractors by awarding government contracts. The money from those contracts, which comes from the tax payers - you and me - is then used to get control over the government through campaign donations by the defense contractors and through job offers to politicians and aides when they leave government service. After the intelligence agencies commit a few crimes they realize they can never give up power or they will be prosecuted and they then commit more crimes protecting themselves (killing, intimidating, financially ruining, smearing the character of whistle blowers and anyone who opposes them or their projects) and because once you are committed to a pattern of crime and have no risk of punishment, there is no incentive to limit yourself to legal means.
What may have started as a justified concern about national security and public order has blown up into an extra-constitutional network that has usurped the power of elected officials and thus the power of the voters, the people, and democracy. It might have seemed like a good idea at the time. In hindsight it was a horrible mistake.
In this video, former CIA officer Kevin Shipp explains the relationship between the shadow government and the deep state.
The shadow government he says consists of the 17 intelligence agencies and is led by the CIA.
The deep state he says is the military industrial intelligence complex which is a group of corporations that receives $1 trillion a year in tax revenues spent by the government on military and intelligence contracts.
The owners of media corporations cooperate with the CIA and publish stories to influence public opinion.
This web of corporations and intelligence agencies controls the elected government in the US.
The shadow government can do whatever it wants because it can hide its activities by classifying any information about its activities it chooses. There is no way for the elected government to control it. Its budget is secret.
The military industrial intelligence complex controls congress through
Campaign donations.
Lobbying.
Providing jobs when senators and staffers leave congress.
The shadow government influences
The President by
Providing false information.
Influencing elections.
Congress by
Manipulating congressional hearings.
Withholding clearances from representatives and senators.
Classifying documents to conceal illegal activity.
The judiciary by
State secrets privilege - they can shut down any court case against them by classifying any information they choose.
Everyone
Through the cooperation of media corporations that publish stories to influence public opinion.
There is much much more information in the video above.
Catherine Austin Fitts has written extensively on how the deep state and shadow government have been illegally appropriating money from the US taxpayers.
https://missingmoney.solari.com/
$21 Trillion dollars is missing from the US government. That is $65,000 for every person in America. That is more than our entire national debt!
...
This means the Fed and their member banks are transacting government money outside the law. So are the corporate contractors that run the payment systems. So are the Wall Street firms who are selling government securities without full disclosure.
...
This is the reason that there is such a strong push to change or tear up the US Constitution. This is why members of the establishment say it is 'old,' 'outdated!'
Next is a video from July 2015 of Catherine Austin Fitts describing her own observations of how the deep state controls the elected government with blackmail, threats of violence, or simply threats of false accusations which will ruin a person's life as they try to prove their innocence. The Trump "dossier" is an example of what they do to someone who can't be blackmailed or frightened:
In the excerpt below, Catherine Austin Fitts describes how a top level official was blackmailed with "sexual dirt" in 1989, and how she was harassed with fake accusations:
So, it was several days later, I got called into the Secretary's office and he said, "Have you found a way to do this?" And I said, "No. There's no legal way to do this. You can't"
And he was, litterally - I have never seen a man that frightened in my life - he was scared to death. And I was sure just from watching him that he was under extreme political pressure and I believe blackmail. And he just looked scared to death. And I went back up to my office and one of my deputies pulled me aside and he said, "You know you have to be very very careful" he said, "because you know there's real sexual dirt on the Secretary. So you have to be real careful."
...
That was the same time the Franklin scandal hit the Washington Times headlines.
...
Even if you don't have a control file, you know I always encourage all of our subscribers to watch the movie Enemy of the State because it's a perfect example of, you know, Will Smith plays a totally clean lawyer in Washington and so he's got nothing in, his control file is empty, and yet the intellegence agencies are able to persuade his own family that he's corrupt when he's not, his own partners he's corrupt when he's not.
I went through a similar process and so people are not only
afraid of what's in their control file, but they're afraid of spending eleven years in litigation proving that there's nothing in their control file.
You have a situation where, I always get very frustrated with citizens who think, oh lets just go talk to our senator. Well your senator is subject to these kinds of powers and controls that are very invisible but are very real.
...
We're literally watching a government that is being run by coercion whether it's the blackmail or control file or physical violence. If you don't do what you're told, there's really issues of physical violence now.
This video contains an interview with Catherine Austin Fitts by Alex Jones. It starts at 44:55:
Here is another very good video in which the federal bureaucracies are referred to as the deep state:
Senator Chuck Schumer, "If you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday of getting back at you."
Phil Mudd, former CIA agent, "The government is going to kill this guy [President Trump]".

FBI’s Unsavory History Casts Shadow Over Debate About Political Meddling: The FBI has a long history of playing at politics, and many of the officials complaining the loudest keep handing the feds more tools to do just that. By J.D. Tuccille, January 30, 2018

"Well, Harris, we now know the facts of what happened. The Democratic Party hired the Perkins [Coie] law firm. The Perkins law firm hired Fusion GPS. Fusion GPS hired Christopher Steele to go and dig up the dossier, and then they hired Nelly Ohr, the wife of Bruce Ohr to get the fake dossier from a political environment into the bloodstream of the intelligence community and to convert it into an intelligence document.
And what’s most outrageous to me is that this fake dossier was so unreliable that the way that it was validated to the FISA Court was a Yahoo News article written by Michael Isikoff, planted by Christopher Steele.
So Christopher Steele wrote the fake dossier, and then he went and planted fake news stories to validate the dossier.
The FBI was going to pay Christopher Steele. They had authorized payment, but then when they found out he was talking to the media and that he was unreliable, they canceled payment to him. But even after canceling payment to Christopher Steele, the FBI and the Department of Justice re-authorized the FISA warrant to spy on American citizens based on a political document that had its origins at the Democratic National Committee.
Harris, I’ve been waiting a long time to stitch together that fact pattern for the American people."

There’s no dispute that at least some, if not a great deal, of information in the anti-Trump “Steele dossier” was unverified or false. Former FBI director James Comey testified as much himself before a Senate committee in June 2017. Comey repeatedly referred to “salacious” and “unverified” material in the dossier, which turned out to be paid political opposition research against Donald Trump funded first by Republicans, then by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign.
Presentation of any such unverified material to the Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court to justify a wiretap would appear to violate crucial procedural rules, called “Woods Procedures,” designed to protect U.S. citizens.
Yet Comey allegedly signed three of the FISA applications on behalf of the FBI. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe reportedly signed one and former Attorney General Sally Yates, then-Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein each reportedly signed one or more.
Page’s FISA application “cited extensively” a September 23, 2016 Yahoo News article, which focused on Page’s trip to Moscow.
The FISC Judge would know, "I read it on Yahoo News" does not meet the legal standard for verifying facts presented in a FISA application. It seems probable the judge was complicit.
The FBI was in on the planning of the jihad attack against the Garland Muhammad art expo in Garland, Texas. They did nothing to stop it, not even giving us a warning that my event was targeted by devout Muslims who meant to kill us Charlie Hebdo-style. We killed those jihadis. It was the security team I hired to protect my event that saved numerous lives, nothing the FBI did. We survived despite the FBI.
...
It’s hard to escape the conclusion that the Obama FBI wanted me and the other speakers at the event dead. Dutch freedom fighter Geert Wilders was the keynote speaker; he has been living with armed guards for years for supposedly “insulting Islam.” My colleague Robert Spencer has received numerous death threats from Muslims. Cartoon contest winner Bosch Fawstin drew Muhammad. Did Obama’s pro-Islam FBI want us all dead?
There are the historical outrages, like the FBI’s spying on homosexuals to create rap sheets that J. Edgar Hoover could use against his political enemies, or the FBI’s round-the-clock surveillance of the highest levels of the civil rights movement (a Memphis undercover cop who was a regular FBI informant was present during the assassination of the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr.). Even earlier in the organization’s history, when it was still known as the Bureau of Investigations, an ascendant Hoover earned his chops overseeing the trumped up prosecutions of leftists, foreigners and other such “undesirables” in cases so egregious that they led concerned citizens to form the ACLU.

According to the New York Times, FBI agents fatally shot 70 people and wounded another 80 between 1993 and 2011.
...
like any good racketeering organization, the FBI hates conducting its business on the record. Its official rules ban the recording of interrogations and witness interviews, which are instead typically conducted by two agents, one of whom asks questions and the other of whom takes the notes that will eventually become the official report of the interview. Any witness or defendant who dares contradict this official report is subject to prosecution under a statute that provides for a five-year sentence for lying to a federal agent. This scheme of extorting (or, more politely, creating) testimony that aligns with what the FBI wants to hear largely explains the fact that a staggering 97% of federal cases end in guilty pleas.
The Justice Department and FBI have formally acknowledged that nearly every examiner in an elite FBI forensic unit gave flawed testimony in almost all trials in which they offered evidence against criminal defendants over more than a two-decade period before 2000.
...
Of 28 examiners with the FBI Laboratory’s microscopic hair comparison unit, 26 overstated forensic matches in ways that favored prosecutors in more than 95 percent of the 268 trials reviewed so far, according to the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Innocence Project, which are assisting the government with the country’s largest post-conviction review of questioned forensic evidence.
...
The cases include those of 32 defendants sentenced to death. Of those, 14 have been executed or died in prison, the groups said under an agreement with the government to release results after the review of the first 200 convictions.
...
The admissions mark a watershed in one of the country’s largest forensic scandals, highlighting the failure of the nation’s courts for decades to keep bogus scientific information from juries, legal analysts said. The question now, they said, is how state authorities and the courts will respond to findings that confirm long-suspected problems with subjective, pattern-based forensic techniques — like hair and bite-mark comparisons — that have contributed to wrongful convictions in more than one-quarter of 329 DNA-exoneration cases since 1989.
But you don't have to rely on confidential sources. Antifa is not trying to hide the fact that their ultimate goal is the destruction of the United States:

Blake Simons, identified as a leader in the Black Lives Matter movement, wrote an editorial with a message made clear in its title: A New Constitution or the Bullet.
...
In an apparent attempt to further clarify his article’s frank rhetoric, Simons wrote that “it is our human right to defend ourselves by any means necessary” and “overthrow a government that has been destructive to our people.”
He cited failed extremist efforts of decades past, proclaiming that now is the time for blacks to “pick up where the Black Panthers left off and declare a new constitution or it will be the bullet.”
To some of us, it is hardly a secret that anti-Semitic violence is on the rise in Europe, or that the chief perpetrators are Muslims. But many politicians and news media have been so indefatigable in their efforts to obscure this uncomfortable fact that one is always grateful for official -- or, at least, semi-official -- confirmation of what everyone already knows.
It is a pleasure, then, to report that a new study, Antisemitic Violence in Europe, 2005-2015 -- written by Johannes Due Enstad of the Oslo-based Center for Studies of the Holocaust and the University of Oslo, and jointly published by both institutions -- is refreshingly, even startlingly, honest about its subject. Enstad notes that while anti-Semitic violence has declined in the U.S. since 1994, it has been on the rise worldwide. That, of course, includes Europe -- most of it, anyway.
This is why I believe that all the media attention on neo-Nazis is misplaced. They are not a serious danger to anyone in the US. The real danger comes from immigration policy.
All Americans and Jews in particular should support Republicans like President Trump who want to stem immigration by Islamist sympathizers and defend the nation's borders from infiltration by terrorist.

Jones: Tell us what you think about Soros, that Nazi collaborator.
Arpaio: Well he went after me for illegal immigration and he said the tents have to go, but there's another thing I'm not going to talk about now why I feel he really went after me and I'm not going to get into birth certificates right now, but this is a bigger subject matter and we'll address that in the near future.
In the video below, Joe Biggs discusses the Free Speech Rally held on the Boston Commons on August 19, 2017. I wasn't at the rally but I live in the area and followed the events leading up to the rally and the events that happened the day of the rally on local news, live video feeds, and other internet sources including the Facebook page of the group that organized it. I confirm everything Joe says about the rally. The rally was NOT in support of racism or white supremacy. It was in support of free speech as a counter to political violence. Freedom of speech and freedom of assembly are rights the founders of the United States risked their lives for and enshrined as the first amendment of our constitution and should be cherished and supported by all Americans. Those who protested against the rally themselves could not have done so with out their first amendment rights.
The rally was deliberately misrepresented by city officials and much of the media. I live in the area and I feel personally violated because I supported the rally in spirit and would have attended if I could. I am horrified that the government and media would lie the way they did. It reminds me of the Soviet Union where the media was propaganda controlled by the state. I always thought living in the US I would be free and it is terrible to find out that now I live like they did in the Soviet Union. The local government and most of the news media are lying and suppressing free speech in order to suppress their political opponents. They hate President Trump, they support the violent anti-Trump group Antifa, and they can't stand the possibility anyone would promote free speech as an alternative to that kind of political violence. They have forgotten the histories of the city of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and their role in the American Revolution which was a war fought to obtain freedom. They are a shame and a disgrace to the memory of the Minutemen of Massachusetts who fought and died in that war to win for their descendants the rights of free speech and free assembly.

Participants in the “Boston Free Speech Rally” had been demonized as a troupe of neo-Nazis prepared to reprise the horror that had erupted in Charlottesville. They turned out to be a couple dozen courteous people linked by little more than a commitment to — surprise! — free speech.
The small group on the Parkman Bandstand threatened no one. One of the rally’s organizers, a 23-year-old libertarian named John Medlar, had insisted vigorously that its purpose was not to endorse white supremacy. “The rally I’m helping to organize is about promoting Free Speech as a COUNTER to political violence,” he had posted on Facebook. “There are NO WHITE SUPREMACISTS speaking at this rally.”
Rally organizer sues Marty Walsh for $100M
Claims mayor comments ‘reckless’
Dan Atkinson, Laurel Sweet Wednesday, October 25, 2017
An organizer of a recent Free Speech Rally in Boston has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Mayor Martin J. Walsh after he says Walsh purposefully defamed the group as neo-Nazis, which led to him being hounded by internet activists and losing his job.
This article from the Washington Post is fairly good in pointing out the facts of the issue: The author acknowledges political correctness as the cause of the problem she identifies. On the surface it sounds fair but it is clearly biased by her political views. What she doesn't say is that if "speech" is a "weapon" used by conservatives, so are political correctness and censorship weapons used by progressives.
Maybe liberals shouldn't be free-speech absolutists after all.

Here’s the dilemma college presidents face in the fall: Either uphold free speech on campus and risk violent counterprotests, or ban conservative provocateurs and confirm the “freedom of speech” crisis on campuses. Either way their institution’s legitimacy is undermined.
...
It is true that higher education has brought much of this on itself through the extreme policing of speech and tolerance of student protesters who shut down speakers with whom they disagree.
...
[Authur Schlesinger understood] Liberals would be chumps to let a principled commitment to “freedom of speech” undercut the pragmatic goal of political survival
...
But given our current political moment and the threat posed by the actions of alt-right provocateurs, Schlesinger’s and Hook’s arguments may bear revisiting.
...
One reason the right has been able to so effectively exploit “free speech” is because campuses have become places where the free exchange of ideas has been curbed by peer pressure, self-policing and a self-righteous call-out culture, as described by Jonathan Haidt, Jonathan Chait and Mark Lilla.
This video shows people from various groups that were protesting at Charlottesville and are not bigots or Nazis. They were there to defend the first amendment. But the controlled media painted everyone there, including them, falsely as bigots. Not surprisingly they are angry.
One of the progressives' tactics in Higgins' war is the use of political correctness to suppress free speech in order to eliminate opposition to their agenda. We saw more evidence of this last week when The March on Google was suppressed by the alt-left and their allies in the mainstream media.
A protest against google, The March On Google, was scheduled for August 19, 2017. On August 8, 2017, the organizers explained the reasons for the protest were that "Google is a monopoly, and its abusing its power to silence dissent and manipulate election results." and "Their company YouTube is censoring and silencing dissenting voices by creating “ghettos” for videos questioning the dominant narrative."
On August 13, 2017, one day after the Charlottesville riots, the organizers of The March On Google condemned the actions in Charlottesville and any display of hatred, bigotry, violence, and suppression of free speech. They explained that they are not "associated with any group who organized" at Charlottesville and they stand for free speech and open discussion of ideas.
On August 14, 2017 the organizers of The March On Google published a code of conduct for their march. The code of conduct comdemned violence, hatred, bigotry, white nationalists, the KKK, Antifa, and NeoNazis. They also said they would not tolerate disrespect for the law or the police.
However, despite these statements, lies were spread about the march and on August 16 it was postponed due to alt-left terrorist threats. The organizers of the march said that "CNN and other mainstream media made malicious and false statements that our peaceful march was being organized by Nazi sympathizers." As a result of this fake media coverage, the organizers said, "an Alt Left threat was made to use an automobile to drive into our peaceful march" and "threats from known Alt Left terrorist groups have been reported and relevant authorities have been notified".
The march has been postponed and will be rescheduled in a few weeks. I share the organizers sentiments when they say, "We look forward to the day when the human right of peaceful Free Speech is once again able to be practiced in America." However, until Higgins' war is won, we will have to continue to fight for our rights against those who would strip them from us to further their agenda for the domination of American society.
In the final press conference of his administration, Barack Obama said claims of voter fraud had been disproved. But Obama had worked with ACORN for many years and that organization had 70 members convicted of voter registration fraud in 12 states. The Obama administration refused to share the SAVE database that tracks immigrants both legal and illegal with states that wanted to use it to check their voter lists for ineligible persons. In 2012, a lawsuit forced them to share the database but they put so many restrictions on its use that it was difficult to use. It is disingenuous to say that there is no voter fraud when you have done everything possible to prevent detecting voter fraud.
The state of Virginia had 40,000 double registrations of people who were registered to vote in Virginia and then moved to another state and registered there. 17,000 were registered in 3 states, one person was registered in 7 states. There were scores of people who had registered out of state but also voted in Virginia. And they were referred for prosecution.
A Pew study in 2012 found 1 out of every 8 voter registration records was inaccurate or outdated. It has not gotten better since then as states realized the Obama administration would not enforce federal laws requiring voter list maintenance.
In California, 11 counties have more people registered to vote than live in the county. Los Angeles county has 144% more registered voters than citizens of voting age. San Diego has 138%
In Kentucky there were 30 counties that had more registered voters than citizens of voting age. In Illinois there were 24 counties. There are 470 counties out of the 2500 for which there was data (1 out of five) throughout the United States with more registered voters than citizens over the age of 18.
In Kentucky, a state representative sued to keep the state from cleaning dead people off the rolls.
A student was convicted of registering 18 dead voters.
The Obama Justice department sued Florida in 2012 to prevent them from removing 53,000 dead people from the voter rolls.
The Justice Department under Barack Obama joined or commenced a law suit in Florida and it was taken up by another party, private parties, and they subsequently won and it was not appealed, and what this lawsuit says is that in Florida you cannot remove non citizens from the rolls in the 90 days prior to an election.
In one study out of 80,000 people, 800 people said they were non citizens 14% said they were registered to vote which is against the law, 6% said they voted in 2008, and 2% said they voted in 2010.This could sway elections, house elections, senate elections, presidential elections,
The governer of Virginia vetoed a bill that would have included the photo on a driver's license in the poll book if a person registered to vote when they renewed their driver's license.
Nigal Farange: European leaders are in denial about Islamist terrorism in Europe because they are embarrassed by the fact that they have caused it. There will eventually be political consequences. Brexit was one consequence for the EU. The British people realized they needed to control their borders. Not out of racism, but in self defense. Terrorist attacks are not occurring in Central and Eastern Europe because leaders there have refused to accept refugees from across the Mediterranean. These countries have lived under Communism and Nazism within living memory and they are not going to give in to the "gangsters" in Brussels. "There is a direct link and relationship between the number of people you let in from different religions and different cultures and the number of terror attacks."
In America there is a large section of the population that is more concerned with tearing down civil war statues than recognizing who the real enemy of the West is.

In his latest blog post, Scott Adams points out that despite this being a difficult week to be anti-Trump, President Trump's detractors are still in a mass hysteria bubble and don't recognize their difficulties. Some of the difficulties Adams points out are: they protested against free speech by throwing urine on the police, President Trump has achieved a long list of accomplishments since his inauguration, progress is being made on the "wall", and more. Adams concludes by quoting Julian Assange:
#Boston: 20k protest against "free speech" today. GOP controls gov+congress+supreme+cops. Give them the only thing you have left? Smart.
Ivan explains the strategy being used against the US. Attack our rights and import people to form an underclass who will be manipulated to revolt.
0:25
What we're seeing here in America in the last 2 years especially is clearly the work of the same people that were attacking Eastern Europe in the 1990's
2:27
What we're seeing right now is the same kind of tactics that George Soros used in the 1990's in Bulgaria.
4:11
They are destabilizing the USA. What they did to dozens of third world countries through the same tactics, the state department and so on, propaganda, then they plant people in crowds, they have agitators, and then they'll make a fabricated scandal and then they'll use it to force out a government. They've done this on an on.
5:23
America is a very lucky place. It's very wealthy, its founded by the best principles in the history of humanity. They're going right at those principles. The reason America has been hard to take over by communism until now is America has too much wealth and America has too many rights. So what they want to do now is they have to create a permanent underlcass which they can then galvanize to be the radicals on the street which are like a battering ram against the government that we elected. So they want a permanent underclass that's why they're importing people that they keep at the bottom like bottom feeders. Then they can radicalize them because communism needs an underclass to make it revolt and so that's why they're pushing people down in poverty
Who Is “Fascist”? by THOMAS SOWELLFebruary 13, 2008
...
The Fascists were completely against individualism in general and especially against individualism in a free-market economy. Their agenda included minimum-wage laws, government restrictions on profit-making, progressive taxation of capital, and “rigidly secular” schools.
Unlike the Communists, the Fascists did not seek government ownership of the means of production. They just wanted the government to call the shots as to how businesses would be run.
...
Indeed, the whole Fascist economic agenda bears a remarkable resemblance to what liberals would later advocate.
...
Even the Nazi variant of Fascism found favor on the Left when it was only a movement seeking power in the 1920s.

Phil Haney discusses the infiltration of Islamists into the US government.
From the youtube page description:
In [his book] "See Something, Say Nothing," Haney – a charter member of DHS with previous experience in the Middle East – and co-author Art Moore expose just how deeply the submission, denial and deception run. Haney's insider, eyewitness account, supported by internal memos and documents, exposes a federal government capitulating to an enemy within and punishing those who reject its narrative.
Haney discloses:
How the Bush administration stripped him and other frontline officers of their ability to define the threat;
How much the Obama administration knew in advance of the Boston Marathon bombing and how it launched an ongoing cover-up on behalf of a major ally;
The administration’s stealth policy to protect Islamic leaders with supremacist beliefs and violent-jihadist ties, allowing them to freely travel between the U.S. and the Middle East;
The scope of access to the White House and the classified information the Obama administration gave to members of Muslim Brotherhood front groups;
The damning intelligence on Muslim Brotherhood-linked leaders invited to sit at the table and help form national-security policy;
The "words matter" memo imposing the demands of radical U.S. Muslims leaders on the DHS, including stripping intelligence and official communications of any mention of Islam in association with terrorism;
The purging of training material that casts Islam in a negative light;
The erasing and altering of vital intelligence on terrorists and terror threats;
The fear-based tactics imposed by the Muslim Brotherhood front groups in the U.S. and their accomplices that paralyze officials, members of Congress and any Department of Homeland Security employee who dares to expose or resist their agenda; and
Much more …
In this well-documented, first-person account of his unique service with DHS, Haney shows why it's imperative that Americans demand that when they see something and say something, the servants under their charge do something to prevent a cunning, relentless enemy from carrying out its stated aim to "destroy Western Civilization from within."
